Job summary

Dexterity is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of Physical AI apps for Retail and 3PL. You will own product lines on the Mech platform and the developer interfaces for partners, driving market-entry plays and expansion.

You will set roadmaps, PRDs, and specifications; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; define targets; and oversee flagship deployments with KPI proof to scale reference solutions and repeatable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management/strategy in robotics, industrial automation, or related complex domains.
• Outbound product management experience in segmentation, discovery, prioritization, and growth roadmaps.
• Strong GTM partnership across account strategy, market entry, and commercial outcomes.
• Ownership of enterprise deployments from installation through KPI proof and expansion.
• Experience setting quantitative targets and running systems tests to prove them.
• Experience in warehouse, parcel, or retail-distribution operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise contracts, product acceptance criteria, and partner delivery models.
• Engineering collaboration across end effectors, motion, perception, and material-handling interfaces.
• Ability to create specifications, reference solutions, ROI analyses, and repeatable offerings.
• Clear written communication through PRDs and strategic documents.

Responsibilities

• Own application and developer-interface product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and specifications for Retail and 3PL growth.
• Segment markets by customer, workflow, need, buying readiness, and product fit to guide GTM investment.
• Lead outbound discovery with customers, prospects, operators, executives, integrators, and partners.
• Convert evidence into vertical-growth roadmaps spanning capabilities, reference solutions, and ecosystem needs.
• Set entitlement, throughput, availability, and business-value targets and manage to proof gates.
• Partner with GTM on ideal customer profiles and priority segments; frame operational problems early.
• Build reference solutions, concepts of operations, and business cases covering volume and impact.
• Inform packaging and pricing with segment economics and delivery cost.
• Equip GTM and partners with narrative, proof, and qualification criteria for credible selling.
• Support expansion, new-logo pursuits, and executive engagements against the revenue objective.
• Drive deployments with engineering, including end effectors and interfaces, and lead KPI proof and adoption.
