Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Robotics, GIS, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management or technology leadership experience.
- 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record from concept to commercialization of tech products.
- Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
- Translate customer needs and emerging tech into scalable solutions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, commercial, and executive leadership.
- Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Establish strategic technology partnerships and identify new opportunities.
