Job summary

GEICO seeks a CX-focused Principal Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and scaling of a next-gen payments platform across card, ACH, digital experiences, and more. You will drive end-to-end product vision with CX design, engineering, data, legal, and treasury to modernize payment journeys and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on CX-led digital products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management building complex software with a strong emphasis on CX-led digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for GEICO’s payments platform.
• Partner with CX designers, engineering, data, legal, and treasury to modernize and evolve payment journeys.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives based on customer pain points and business outcomes.
• Communicate progress through PRDs, flows, roadmaps, and executive updates.
