Job summary

ButterflyMX is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the roadmap for a mobile-first platform serving property access and operations.

You will conduct end-user discovery, evaluate scope, and stress-test assumptions while collaborating with a distributed, primarily remote team to deliver high-impact features.

Base salary ranges from 200k to 240k USD, with bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a mobile-first mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and early-stage product challenges.
• Strong discovery skills and AI-oriented thinking.
