You will partner with Risk, Data Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and GTM to ship features like eligibility, offers, limits, and borrower experience while elevating credit strategy to unlock growth.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of product management with P&L or portfolio economics
• Ability to connect data/credit thinking to product decisions
• Strong analytical fluency; SQL & portfolio analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience scaling lending products through growth stages

Responsibilities

• Scale the product with a credit lens
• Own the roadmap for QB Capital's cash-flow-based lending products, balancing origination growth against portfolio economics
• Partner with Risk and Data Science to translate underwriting and pricing strategy into shippable product
• Connect credit, data, and customers into a growth roadmap
• Build and prioritize a roadmap spanning acquisition, eligibility, underwriting, offer design, and servicing
• Be the connective tissue between Credit/Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and other functions to avoid silos
• Develop credit policy proposals and product bets to improve business KPIs
• Represent QB Capital's credit strategy to senior stakeholders
