Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide ITDR strategy for Elastic Security, focusing on identity defense and agent identities. You will partner with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers to define the roadmap and ensure identity signals integrate across SIEM/XDR data.

You will lead the product across on-prem, cloud, and AI agent identities, delivering differentiated identity protection and driving communications to security practitioners globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, or identity security.
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric including AD, cloud providers, SSO, OAuth, and privileged access.
• Fluency with non-human identities: service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents.
• Strong AI/ML understanding: behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems.
• Ability to lead across a matrixed organization and drive execution in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR in Elastic Security.
• Model and manage non-human and AI identities with lifecycle and behavior standards.
• Collaborate with threat researchers and detection engineers on identity threats.
• Drive response, containment, and automated actions with human oversight.
• Engage with enterprise customers, security ops, sales, and architects to define needs.
• Work with design to create identity-focused investigation/response experiences.
• Develop market knowledge to inform strategy and engage with analysts.
• Evangelize Elastic identity capabilities via content and community talks.
