Elastic seeks a Principal Product Manager to steer ITDR within Elastic Security, shaping the identity-defense strategy and implementation across on-prem, cloud, and AI-agent identities. You will connect threat research, data science, and engineering to deliver a differentiated identity protection path for customers.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in product management or delivery for security products.
• Strong knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric.
• Fluent with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• AI/ML fluency with behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Bias to action with fast decision cycles and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR in Elastic Security.
• Model and manage non-human and AI identities, including service accounts and AI agents.
• Collaborate with threat researchers and detection engineers on identity-specific threats.
• Drive response and containment with identity integrations and automated actions.
• Engage with enterprise customers, sales, and solution architects on identity needs.
• Work with design to optimize investigation and response experiences in SIEM/XDR contexts.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the identity-security market to inform strategy.
• Be Elastic’s identity capabilities evangelist through content and community.
