Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of growing the Firefly Graph ecosystem. You will drive long-term goals, define user journeys for graph-based authoring, and partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable tooling.

You will translate complex workflows into actionable plans, mentor teams, and champion high-quality experiences for developers and creators alike.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of product management experience in technical/platform products.
Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about interconnected components and constraints.
Empathy for power users and creators who depend on accuracy, rapidity, and debuggability.
Comfort working with highly technical engineering teams on performance-critical systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Establish the long-term vision and strategy for the Graph platform, including plugins, APIs, and extensibility.
Define what great graph-based authoring looks like across users and tooling.
Lead discovery to understand user workflows and mental models in graph-based systems.
Collaborate with design to build interaction patterns for node creation, connections, and layouts at scale.
Collaborate with engineering to break large problems into deliverable segments while keeping architecture consistent.
Bridge user needs and technical realities with clear outcomes.
