Coinflow is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own our fraud engine across the platform—the real-time decisioning systems that determine which transactions we approve and under what terms.

You’ll own the indemnification product with direct P&L impact, collaborate with engineering, data science, finance, compliance and the commercial team, and shape loss economics, pricing and policy decisions globally.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a technically complex or regulated surface area.
• Experience with products where a wrong decision costs the company money — risk, lending, BNPL, or payments where the loss is borne by the employer.
• Fluency with loss economics — reasoning about expected loss and unit economics.
• Experience productizing models and shipping end-to-end from problem to production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the approval-rate and loss-rate tradeoff with policy ownership and accountability.
• Productize risk models with thresholds, monitoring, and failure behavior.
• Build the loss economics view with portfolio- and merchant-level exposure for pricing and policy decisions.
• Ship merchant-facing risk product with transparency, controls, and reporting.
• Evaluate and integrate risk infrastructure across signal providers and data sources.
• Make calls with incomplete data and instrument learning loops.
