Job summary

Amazon Aurora, part of Amazon Web Services, seeks a talented Technical Product Manager to define product requirements and champion customer needs. You will shape the getting started and query experiences, and help build new capabilities using generative AI to improve user experiences across Aurora.

In this role you will define the product roadmap, collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams, and drive cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
5+ years of technical experience in software or IT.
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM.

Responsibilities

Create the product strategy for the new service that appeals to Enterprise customers.
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Launch the vision, product strategy and road map for our products and work with sales, partner teams, and site leaders to deliver that vision.
Define product requirements documents based on market segments, target customers, and product.
Responsible for the go-to-market plan and enablement, ensuring sales, SAs, Pro Serve, and partner teams have what they need.
Drive sales by enabling business development and teams, lead calls with key customers, create tools to support success, identify opportunities.
Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.
Research and identify new opportunities for AWS to innovate on behalf of our customers.
