Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Tech in Arlington, VA to own the Experimentation & Economic Value Platform end-to-end. You will shape the conceptual architecture for interconnected services, drive the product roadmap, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable AI-augmented experimentation capabilities.

You will lead design and execution of rigorous randomized trials, define success metrics, and partner with economists and data scientists to ensure reliable production

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; experience with end-to-end product delivery and roadmaps.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and driving product delivery alongside engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the Conceptual Architecture for the Experimentation & Economic Value Platform.
• Own the Product Vision, Roadmap & Prioritization across pricing, marketing, and value workstreams.
• Build AI-augmented experimentation capabilities and scalable platforms.
• Drive rigorous experiment design, execution, and interpretation of results.
• Lead stakeholder engagements and establish streamlined intake and prioritization.
