Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
• Five (5) years work experience in product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
• Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance.

Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Future State Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap and vision for future-state products, specifically assessing and closing critical Network 2.0 gaps.
• Drive Strategic Alignment (One FedEx): Direct the long-term vision to unify customer experiences, driving satisfaction, efficiency, and cost-reduction.
• Manage Executive Forums: Lead and coordinate steering committees and executive forums to guarantee accountability and progress toward goals.
