Splunk is looking for an enthusiastic, and driven Principal Product Manager to drive the future of the next generation of AI capabilities across our product portfolio supporting our AI/ML Platform, tools and Agentic AI. In this role, you will be responsible for deep integration of generative AI and machine learning with a focus on unified security analytics, full stack observability and real-time visibility of streaming data. In this role, you will define the critical features and roadmap for bringing high-scale, high-performance AI to Splunk customers and app developers.
You will use your understanding and experience building products using Gen AI, LLMs and deep learning, and your ML expertise building anomaly detection systems. Direct experience and deep understanding of SIEM products, SOC workflows, Network Security, Agentic AI for Security, Edge security, threat intelligence, Security posture management use cases and related technology products. If you are adept at cross-team collaboration and have worked closely with engineers and data scientists to build Security products using AI that drive meaningful and impactful business outcomes, this is the role for you.
You will work in the AI Product Management team as part of the Office of the CTO so a real appreciation of serving the needs of Security, AI, and Platform engineers is vital. Exposure to cross-functional AI integration is a plus.
You will merge customer value, business imperatives with attention to technical detail and collaborate with cross-functional execution teams to drive customer insights and inputs directly into the development process and the entire product life cycle. Ideally you have experience working directly with GTM partners and customers, especially design partners.

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $181,200.00 - 249,150.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $163,080.00 - 224,235.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $144,960.00 - 199,320.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
