Aquent is partnering with a mission-driven organization to pioneer senior care solutions. We are seeking a product leader who will shape the B2B product strategy, drive ROI and retention, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver data-informed experiences that scale.

You will translate customer insights into meaningful outcomes, influence senior leadership, and push for innovation in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment focused on improving families’ experiences

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior-level roles.
  • Proven ability to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital customer experiences at scale.
  • Demonstrated skill translating customer insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytics, experimentation, and customer research to guide decisions.

You are a strategic leader with a proven record of building and scaling high-impact customer products that drive measurable business results. You are energized by solving challenging problems and thrive in mission-driven environments where your work makes a real difference. You have a demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and deliver tangible growth through bold product vision and flawless execution.

Essential Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior, staff, or principal level product role driving impactful product experiences for customers or partners at scale.
  • Proven success defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-growth, digital customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insight and data into impactful product outcomes that move key business metrics.
  • Deep experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, and customer research to guide product decisions and measure impact.
  • Strong track record of delivering business results through collaboration, influence, and disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in 2-sided marketplaces, health tech, or mission-driven organizations.
