Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Drive product strategy and digital asset management strategy, process improvement, and technology projects in collaboration with product owners, ensuring product development aligns with platform strategy and goals.
• Conduct research and testing with employees to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within platforms and tools.
• Define product goals, create and maintain the product roadmap, and own the product backlog and requirements documentation.
• Lead a development and digital asset management team and manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
• Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and delegate tasks to ensure product development is on track.
• Ensure platforms and tools adhere to and are up to date with security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility requirements, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Manage platform risks, delivering highly available and efficient services and operations with measurable results.
• Deliver results amidst ambiguous and changing business requirements by demonstrating a self-driven work ethic in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with leading web content management systems, digital asset management platforms, workflow management tools, and cloud platforms.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a similar role in product development, with expertise in digital asset management platforms, solutions architecture, system engineering, and integration.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of accessibility requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
