Job summary

Axiado is building a distributed, silicon-rooted platform that secures, optimizes, and manages every endpoint in the AI rack, centered on the TCU. As Principal Product Manager you will own the software, firmware, and AI/ML roadmap across the TCU platform, collaborating with engineering, customers, and go-to-market to define requirements and ship capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Products and Marketing, you will lead a cross-functional team, develop PRDs, ensure alignment with hardware

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or systems software.
Experience shipping firmware or software in hardware-adjacent environments.
Experience owning a product line or platform at principal or lead level.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to write PRDs and present to executives.

Responsibilities

Own the SW/FW/AI-ML roadmap for the TCU platform.
Translate platform vision into PRDs and shippable capabilities.
Coordinate with hardware modules to align SW/FW roadmap with system requirements.
Lead requirements from concept through release with data-driven tradeoffs.
Engage with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and CSPs for integration requirements.
Grow and mentor PMs as the function scales.
