Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in semiconductor or systems software.
• Deep knowledge of platform management firmware and data center hardware.
• Hands-on firmware/software experience in hyperscale contexts.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience working directly with customers to define requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and partner engagements.
• Visionary product leadership with ability to sequence a multi‑year roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the SW/FW/AI‑ML roadmap for the TCU platform and prioritize across engineering, customers, and business needs.
• Translate platform vision into a scalable architecture and PRDs with acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the cross‑functional PM voice across silicon, hardware, and software teams.
• Drive requirements from concept to release and translate market needs into actionable work.
• Lead technical discussions with hyperscalers and OEMs to refine integration requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to align scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Define feature prioritization across concurrent programs with data‑backed trade‑offs.
• Engage with standards bodies to influence platform management and security directions.
• Support launches and partner with marketing on messaging and collateral.
• Grow the PM function and mentor other PMs over time.
