Responsibilities

• Create and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform the Tax & Accounting content organization through AI and automation.
• Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across content acquisition, interpretation, authoring, validation, maintenance, and product integration workflows.
• Establish clear success metrics and business cases showing operational and customer impact.
• Partner with Product Content leaders and domain experts to deliver higher-quality content faster via AI-enabled processes.
• Design future-state workflows combining AI capabilities with human expertise.
• Develop and evolve roles toward high-value work like prompt development and expert decision-making.
• Prototype and deliver AI-enabled capabilities with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Balance automation with governance to ensure quality and trust.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning multiple teams.
