Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Content Transformation, to redefine how Direct Tax content is acquired, interpreted, and delivered using AI and human-in-the-loop workflows. The role spans strategy, prototyping, and scaling AI-enabled capabilities with cross-functional teams.

You will lead initiatives to improve speed, quality, and consistency of tax content while maintaining governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content transformation strategy to modernize content with AI and automation.
• Reimagine how subject matter expertise is applied, designing future-state workflows.
• Build AI-powered workflow solutions in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and TR Labs.
• Drive organizational change across Product, Content, Operations, Technology, and Compliance.
• Measure and optimize outcomes with clear metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Serve as a thought leader in AI, automation, and knowledge management.
