Job summary

IR Labs Inc. seeks a product-minded PM to own the Agentic SQA product roadmap, translating deep code intelligence and AI insights into practical developer tools.

You will work remotely with a world-class engineering team, run continuous discovery with engineers and reviewers, and prototype in Cursor, Claude Code, and related AI tooling to ship fast. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent product leadership from engineering or founder path.
• Experience shipping AI products to production.
• Proven ability to conduct continuous discovery with technical users.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Agentic SQA charter: shape the roadmap and ship thin slices fast.
• Land in mid-beta and accelerate it by deepening feedback.
• Talk to users and translate feedback into use cases and changes.
• Prototype in modern AI tooling and present working artifacts to users.
• Define success metrics and evaluate non-deterministic system performance.
• Shape pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
