Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Manager for its Automotive Product Management team in California to lead the creation of agentic workflows that accelerate AV development. You will define the product vision, collaborate with engineering, and package agents, skills, and workflows for internal and partner use.

The role requires deep ML/AI knowledge, leadership across large teams, and experience shipping AI-powered developer tools for software and hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ML/AI concepts with emphasis on generative AI and agentic systems.
• 15+ years of product management experience spanning software and hardware.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle development pipelines is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, architecture, and roadmap for agentic AV workflows.
• Partner with engineering to design end-to-end agentic workflows and orchestration logic.
• Own packaging and productization of agents, skills, and workflows.
• Prioritize workflow capabilities from requirements and benchmarks.
• Drive execution across SW, HW, Safety, Operations, and Integration teams.
