Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly technical Engagement Lead to drive integration of Generative and Agentic AI software with our priority Enterprise ISV partners. You will lead the technical engagement with senior architects, set objectives and adoption plans, and remain hands-on designing and shipping production agentic systems on our stack.

You will grow deep expertise across the agentic platform, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research, and influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

12+ years in technical Product, Engineering, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI.
Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong AI/ML foundation with hands-on GenAI systems experience.
Proven ability to lead technical engagements with senior engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead technical engagement with a focused set of ISV partners and their architects.
Design and ship code, reference architectures for RAG, multi-agent workflows on our stack.
Drive strategy, cadence, adoption tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Grow expertise in agentic platform architecture and keep pace with the field.
