Job summary

Amazon Annapurna Labs in Cupertino seeks a Principal Product Manager to define strategy for agentic AI workflows that accelerate adoption of Neuron, Trainium, and related tools. You will own end-to-end experiences from interactive IDE transformations to autonomous pipelines.

You will partner with engineering, ML researchers, and field teams to shape model porting, optimization, and knowledge systems. The role demands clear communication, handling ambiguity, and delivering measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Technical product management for AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or automation systems.
• Experience with LLM based applications and agentic AI architectures.
• ML model lifecycle management (training, fine tuning, deployment, optimization).
• Developer experience for AI assisted tooling and IDE integrations.
• Data platforms and knowledge management systems.
• Metrics-driven product development with clear success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for agentic workflows that automate model porting and performance optimization.
• Define the vision for autonomous AI powered systems, balancing automation levels and customer self service capabilities.
• Produce PRFAQ and PRD documents that articulate how agentic systems accelerate Neuron adoption.
• Own the product experience for agentic workflows, from interactive transformations to fully autonomous pipelines.
• Define requirements for reusable building blocks and infrastructure that compose into end to end automation.
• Engage with customers adopting Neuron throughout the product lifecycle from evaluation through optimization.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, and account teams to support technical evaluation and post-adoption performance tuning.
• Define launch success criteria and track adoption metrics.
• Drive strategy for knowledge systems that help agents learn from past successes and failures.
• Drive alignment across agentic infrastructure, autonomous workflows, and optimization systems.
• Write user stories, validate features, and define success metrics.
• Open sourcing and integration into Neuron SDK and developer tools.
• Coordinate with partnerships and ecosystem integrations to accelerate customer adoption.
• Serve as escalation point for critical product issues.
