• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership of data-rich products.
• Experience building contributor-driven or marketplace products at scale.
• Strong command of discovery, funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and incentive design.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for G2 UGC and reviewer content.
• Define signals and systems for relevance, recency, quality, authenticity, and value.
• Lead engineering, design, and data teams without formal authority.
• Instrument the funnel and run experiments on completion time, acceptance, and time to publication.
