Job summary

UTA is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive innovation across platforms serving creators and digital influencers. You will define and scale foundations that unlock new opportunities, while shaping a multi‑year roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, partner with senior leadership, and mentor other product managers in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading products across full development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with agents, executives, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale platforms unlocking creative opportunities for world-class creators and influencers.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Set multi-year roadmap advancing technical capabilities across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and champion a creator-centric product approach.
• Guide UX/UI teams translating requirements into clear product flows and specs.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
• Own backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs with data-driven prioritization.
• Coordinate major releases, manage dependencies and risks for timely delivery.
• Monitor performance and run experiments to drive optimization.
• Represent product strategy in executive forums and stakeholder reviews.
