The Anywhere UX team is a quickly growing and evolving team positioned as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal UX Designer to join us and revolutionize the interaction with real estate technology. As a Principal Designer, you will lead the design of innovative software that streamlines processes for agents and brokers, driving both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership: Lead development of design concepts aligned with our vision and market trends. Guide design decisions, foster creativity through workshops, and ensure high standards of quality and innovation.
2. Design Excellence: Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and milestones.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and present design proposals and updates effectively.
4. Mentorship: Guide junior designers, promote continuous learning, and keep the team updated on design trends.
5. UX Research: Collaborate with UX research teams to incorporate user insights, validate designs, and advocate for user-centered principles.
6. Design Operations: Develop strategies to streamline workflows, select and manage design tools, and establish KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related.
2. 10+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 in leadership.
3. Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability testing.
5. Knowledge of current UX trends and accessibility standards.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
