Team & Role

Our designers come from various backgrounds—design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design—and collaborate closely with engineering and product management from the start.

  • Lead large, cross-product, strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of a business unit or the entire company, transforming how people work globally.
  • Drive product experiences that exemplify beautiful design, enhance user and enterprise productivity, and inspire customers through extensible systems and frameworks.
  • Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for multidisciplinary teams, acting as industry influencers and thought leaders through contributions to trade events and publications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • 15+ years of relevant design experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating significant contributions to design language, strategy, processes, and standards at a company level.
  • Advocacy for design and users at the senior leadership level.
  • Recognition as a thought leader, delivering product experiences that exemplify beautiful design and inspire customers.
  • Ability to influence design strategy across multiple products and complex initiatives.
  • Experience throughout the entire product development lifecycle for web and/or software applications.
  • Experience in user experience design within corporate, software, web, or agency environments.
