Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
• 15+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating contributions to design language, strategy, processes, and standards at the company level.
• Strategic advocate for design and users at the senior leadership level.
• Recognized as a thought leader, delivering impactful product experiences that inspire and enhance productivity.
• Influence skills to define design strategy across multiple products or complex initiatives.
• Experience in the full product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or related industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
