As a Principal Product Designer on the Product Growth team, your role includes:

1. Design Strategy and Leadership:
   • Define and own the design strategy for growth initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
   • Contribute to evolving Intuit’s Design System through testing, learning, and iteration.
   • Develop a clear design vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
   • Set a standard for high-impact growth design work within the organization.
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
   • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and business leaders to develop cohesive growth strategies.
   • Mentor team members and promote a culture of experimentation and shared learning.
3. User-Centered Design and Experimentation:
   • Use customer insights and data to inform design decisions.
   • Develop and test design experiments, iterating rapidly based on feedback.
   • Champion growth design principles that ensure customer-centric, sustainable outcomes.
4. Execution and Innovation:
   • Deliver end-to-end design solutions with a focus on quality and impact.
   • Pilot innovative design approaches that can be scaled organization-wide.
   • Contribute to scaling the design function as a center of excellence, paving the way for future leadership roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving growth through user-centered design and experimentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, data science, and research.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence design, product, marketing, and engineering leaders.
• Deep customer empathy and understanding of how design impacts growth metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and driving consensus.
• Proven ability to deliver results through agile, iterative design processes.
