Job summary

True Link Financial, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Designer to join a lean, senior product team. You will own design quality across two core business lines and lead customer insight initiatives to translate research into impactful design decisions.

You’ll work with product managers and engineering leads, report to the Head of Design, and operate with high autonomy as a senior individual contributor, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end designs, including AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong ability to advocate for user needs in cross-functional settings.
• Excellent design execution from discovery to QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for Card Platform.
• Translate insights into design decisions to move the product forward.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads.
• Represent design in client-facing settings when needed.
