Serko Ltd is seeking a senior UX leader to own the traveller journey from strategy to delivery, shaping product direction across web and mobile. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to drive high-impact decisions in ambiguous spaces, and lead design systems governance to scale quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to shape product direction and align stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end digital products in UX/UI/CX.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Proficiency with modern UX tooling and research methods.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX strategy and traveler journey from concept to delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to drive decisions in ambiguous space.
• Lead discovery through delivery of world-class UI/UX across web and mobile.
• Define reusable components and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain quality and integrity.
• Design AI-augmented experiences with transparent interactions.
