Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to perform advanced quantitative analyses of property & casualty products, guiding product strategy with analytical insights. You will represent Product in cross‑functional projects and drive data warehousing improvements, reporting to executives with clear visuals and actionable findings.

The role requires 10+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and the ability to manage large-scale projects while mentoring

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields required
• 10+ years of corporate analytical experience with pricing insurance products or similar
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency
• SQL, SQL Server, and data visualization proficiency required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build scalable data models and write complex SQL queries
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Analytical, data-driven, and structured thinking to drive strategic objectives
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and WTW Radar preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to evaluate product performance and support initiatives
• Present analyses and data visualizations to stakeholders and executives
• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects independently
• Mentor less experienced analysts and share best practices
• Develop and document complex system workflows and business processes
• Identify enhancements and efficiency gains in data strategy and warehousing
