Title of Job:Principal Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0Reports to:Director, Product Acceleration

As a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across Okta's most complex and strategic enterprise accounts, specifically targeting the top end of the Global 2000 (G2K). In this highly technical, developer-centric leadership role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams, as well as key System Integrator (SI) partners, helping them architect and deploy complex, low-friction, massive-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions on the Auth0 platform.

Using your deep Auth0 expertise, you will guide enterprise deployments by defining architecture, optimizing platform usage, and resolving complex escalations. Operating at the intersection of post-sales support, developer enablement, and product innovation, you will deploy modern front-end frameworks and validate New Product Introductions (NPIs)-serving as the essential feedback bridge between top-tier G2K engineering teams and Auth0 Product Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting: Partner directly with the top end of G2K Enterprise Customers to define enterprise-wide implementation patterns, navigate critical architectural decisions, and resolve the most complex configuration challenges to maximize platform capabilities.
  • Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support: Partner with Sales Engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams during the rollout of New Product Introductions (NPIs). Develop high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs), early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets to help secure technical wins and drive initial pipeline for emerging Auth0 capabilities within G2K accounts.
  • Strategic Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting: Partner directly with the top end of G2K Enterprise Customers to define enterprise-wide implementation patterns, navigate critical architectural decisions, and resolve the most complex configuration challenges to maximize platform capabilities.
  • System Integrator (SI) Collaboration: Partner deeply with global System Integrators (SIs) and strategic delivery partners to design scalable deployment blueprints, ensure architectural alignment, and unblock complex, multi-year identity transformation programs.
  • Developer Enablement & Prototyping: Assist customer development teams by providing architectural guidance on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation blueprints, and modern full-stack application patterns (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Mobile).
  • Product & NPI Feedback Loop: Act as a technical liaison between G2K Enterprise Customers and Auth0 Product Management to identify feature gaps, test early-stage NPIs, and drive product roadmap enhancements based on real-world enterprise needs.
  • Industry Thought Leadership & Customer Mentorship: Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement guides to train G2K field teams and customer developers on advanced Auth0 capabilities, establishing yourself as a leading CIAM authority within the Okta ecosystem.
  • AI Tooling & Automation: Leverage AI tools and LLM workflows to accelerate code generation, SDK debugging, technical documentation, and complex implementation analysis.
  • Principal-Level Escalation Management & Multi-Project Execution: Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements effectively, acting as the ultimate technical escalation point for high-priority customer issues and fast-moving GTM activities.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in a customer-facing technical field role within a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization (e.g., Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Senior Support) delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
  • Auth0 & CIAM Depth: Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) patterns, including low-friction authentication, high-volume user management, and extensibility via custom Auth0 Actions.
  • System Integrator (SI) Expertise: Proven experience working directly for, or in tight alignment with, global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.), driving massive-scale enterprise identity or cloud transformation projects.

  • Top‑Tier G2K Enterprise Experience: Demonstrated history of navigating complex, large-scale IT landscapes, web technologies, and cloud architectures specifically for the top echelon of G2K and Fortune 100 customers.
