Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and federal contracting.
• US Citizenship required for government work.
• Experience with SAP procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of services and equipment.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes proposals, negotiates terms, and writes awards.
• Coordinates with contracts, engineering, quality, and suppliers throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
• Monitors supplier performance, quality, and delivery to ensure program requirements are met.
