Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of procurement and/or supply chain experience; or a Master’s degree and minimum of 3 years; or 9 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations (FAR/DFARS) and Federal contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of services, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and administer subcontracts.
