Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Magna, Utah, seeks a Process Manufacturing Engineer (Energetics Engineer) to join the Rocket Motor Manufacturing team. You will develop and improve manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors, uphold safety, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods.
The role requires a STEM degree with experience in energetic materials; knowledge of GD&T, 3D modeling, and manufacturing planning is beneficial.

Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is currently seeking Process Manufacturing Engineers also known as Energetics Engineer (Level 2) or Principal (Level 3) to join our Process Engineering Rocket Motor Manufacturing team. This position will be located at our Bacchus facility located in Magna, Utah.
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $89,000.00 - $109,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $109,000.00 - $135,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
