Position Overview: As an SAP S/4HANA Global Process Specialist, you will analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment, focusing on SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Analysis and Design: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement and automation, design and document new or improved processes, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support: Configure and customize SAP modules, develop and maintain SAP solutions, support end-users, and provide training.
3. Process Optimization and Improvement: Implement process improvements, monitor performance, and stay updated on SAP technologies and best practices.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work with stakeholders and IT teams, communicate technical information effectively, and participate in cross-functional projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.), and business processes.
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems.
• 1-4 years of experience with S/4HANA systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, computer science, business, or equivalent SAP knowledge; SAP certifications preferred.

Work Location: Remote US, or Greater Cincinnati metro area, UK.
