You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional problem solving, develop scalable manufacturing standards, and drive NPI initiatives. Requires 10–15 years in Microsystems Engineering, a Bachelor's in engineering or physics, and eligibility for a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physics required.
• 10–15 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
• Eligibility for government security clearance required (Secret preferred).

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops MEMS devices and sensors with schematics and layouts.
• Tests and evaluates MEMS devices using various tools and protocols.
• Analyzes reliability, yield, and failure issues; drives mitigation.
• Develops production methods and fabrication processes for MEMS.
• Mentors engineers and shares best practices across teams.
• Acts as SME; communicates results to stakeholders and leadership.
