Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical for Experience Quality Technologies to own the end-to-end product portfolio. You will define what quality means in an AI-native development world, decide how it should be measured, and build a platform that makes it effortless for builders and undeniable for customers.

You will lead a cross-functional team, align with engineering leadership, and shape the strategy for a three- to five-year horizon, delivering real-time quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Engage with engineering teams to understand needs and barriers.
• Drive adoption with a strategy and integration model that earns use without mandates.
• Establish measurement frameworks for visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and trade-offs.
• Mentor PMTs and elevate operating practices.
