Job summary

Equinix is hiring a Principal PM for Product Scaling & Strategy in Dallas to support and scale the Digital Interconnection leadership team. You’ll drive cross-cutting initiatives, own the metrics cadence, craft executive narratives, and help scale the PM organization during a period of rapid change.

This role reports to the VP of Digital Interconnection Services and offers visibility across the Fabric portfolio, including AI-native initiatives and new commercial models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering, product or technical leadership roles, including scaling and leading large, global organizations.
• Cloud and platform fluency with API-first architectures and always-on services at scale.
• Commitment to building high-trust teams and developing future leaders through mentorship.
• Executive communication at board/CEO level with deck ownership and clear narratives.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to align roadmaps without formal authority.
• Strong analytical discipline, owning a metrics cadence and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build customer- and analyst-facing narratives and executive communications.
• Translate leadership priorities into executable plans with owners and milestones.
• Run the weekly and monthly business metrics rhythm across the portfolio and surface risks.
• Scale the PM organization by onboarding new leaders and refining the PM operating model.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to PMs, supporting the next generation of leaders.
