Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Listings to set the strategy for sourcing, ingested, enrichment, and quality scoring of rental inventory. You will partner with feed engineering to improve data quality and drive the marketplace flywheel, influencing senior leadership and external partners.

This high-visibility role focuses on building the core advantage of Zillow Rentals by delivering richer, more complete listings across multiple channels and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Product Management role focused on consumer-facing tech products.
• Experience with marketplace and/or e-commerce strategy.
• Strong data quality and systems thinking, including data pipelines and completeness scoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute listings strategy to deepen inventory depth and quality.
• Grow rental inventory across channels and sourcing opportunities.
• Identify and onboard content partnerships; negotiate and optimize third-party data sources.
• Partner with engineering to ensure platform reliability, scalable data pipelines, and trustworthy listings.
