Job summary

BusPatrol, a leader in AI-powered safety solutions for North American school transportation, seeks a Principal Product Manager, Law Enforcement Experience in Austin, TX. This role centers on building a high-trust, human‑in‑the‑loop decision platform for law enforcement partners, with relocation support for the right candidate.

You will own the end‑to‑end review and approval experience, define evidence packages, and design for speed and confidence at high volumes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with a track record of owning a significant product domain or platform end to end.
• Deep experience designing workflow, operational, or review tooling for high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Review & Approval Experience and drive the vision.
• Map reviewer/approver journeys, remove friction, and simplify steps.
• Treat the human decision as the product and improve decision accuracy.
• Define what an evidence package must contain for confident decisions.
• Listen to partners to tailor packages, staying complete and well‑ordered.
• Reduce cognitive load and design for high-volume, scalable reviews.
