Job summary

BusPatrol is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Law Enforcement Experience, to own a high-impact, end-to-end decision UX at scale for law enforcement partners. You’ll shape the evidence package, define workflows, and partner with AI/Automation teams to improve throughput while preserving human judgment and trust.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Research, Engineering, and Legal to deliver measurable safety outcomes and defensible decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of a product domain.
• Experience designing workflow or review tooling for high-stakes decisions.
• Strong POV on human-in-the-loop and decision-UX design to reduce cognitive load and improve trust.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into a clear product strategy and roadmap.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Review & Approval experience, defining how evidence is assembled, presented, reviewed, and approved.
• Map reviewer/approver journeys, remove friction, and minimize ambiguity that slows decisions.
• Define what an evidence package must contain for confidence and defensibility.
• Design for speed and confidence with scalable, low cognitive-load interfaces.
• Build auditability and a feedback loop linking reviewer decisions to data and modeling.
