Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Tech, QoS to define and drive the long-term product vision for end-to-end CS observability. You will translate complex business and technical needs into scalable solutions and partner with Engineering, Ops, CX Metrics, and Program teams to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
The role requires 4+ years in technical product or program management, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of roadmap-driven

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
Responsibilities
- Define, own and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own product-level success metrics aligned to organizational goals.
- Serve as an escalation point for cross-functional blockers and decisions.
- Lead end-to-end product execution across matrixed teams with Eng, Ops, CX Metrics, QA.
- Synthesize requirements into BRDs, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans.
