Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) seeks a Principal Program Manager to accelerate customer value with speed and predictability. You will design lightweight planning frameworks and quarterly cycles, partnering with product and engineering teams across ASCS to translate customer needs into deliverable solutions.

You will establish transparent governance, drive portfolio management, and coordinate entitlement/resource forecasting while aligning with growth objectives.

Mansioni

• Lead quarterly planning (OP1/OP2) and goal-setting that ties customer needs to team execution, resources, and roadmaps across ASCS.
• Coordinate Portfolio Review Board, surface at-risk projects, issues, and cross-team dependencies; drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage Entitlement Attribution planning and forecasting; align resource allocations with growth objectives with Finance and leadership.
• Develop lightweight planning and reporting mechanisms to surface key information and remove delivery barriers.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and partner with product, engineering, and ops leaders to keep planning outcomes-focused.
