Job summary

Oracle seeks an experienced AI Product Manager focused on healthcare revenue cycle to transform manual coding into AI-driven autonomous coding. You will lead vision, design, and execution for coder-facing products, collaborating with engineering, AI, and clinical teams.

You will validate use cases, document PRDs, and track success while coordinating with senior leaders and clinicians to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of inbound product management experience collaborating with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving product development and translating customer feedback into product insights.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and launching complex products from concept to launch.
• Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products or data-driven platforms.
• Ability to use data, analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to prioritize backlog, create detailed feature stories, and manage sprint planning.
• Develop clear requirements for engineering, track progress, and validate features with customers.
• Gain deep customer insights and differentiate the product with ROI and business cases.
• Define and plan the product roadmap using customer research, usability studies, and market analysis.
• Identify trends and pain points in healthcare coding to drive AI-driven innovation.
