Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Technical to own and drive critical areas of a new cloud-native GRC service for enterprise adoption. You will define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market while partnering with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and legal.

This high-ownership role requires deep domain expertise in compliance, audit, and risk, and strong technical product management fundamentals to deliver AI-powered governance at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, IT, or related) experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core GRC capability.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver enterprise-ready features.
• Create PRFAQs, pricing narratives, and requirements aligned with customer outcomes.
• Lead architecture tradeoffs, MVP scoping, and sprint execution with multiple pods.
• Define go-to-market strategy, including positioning and onboarding.
• Leverage governance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, EU AI Act) to inform product decisions.
• Analyze market trends and customer telemetry to inform prioritization.
• Engage with marketing, field sales, solution architects, and partners to drive adoption.
