Job summary

IR Labs, the innovation lab inside Integrated Research, seeks a product manager to steer Agentic SQA from beta to broader impact. You will partner with founders and engineers to shape the roadmap, drive execution, and ship rapid, evidence-driven releases of developer tools.

You will conduct ongoing discovery with engineers, reviewers, and QA teams, prototype in Cursor/Claude Code/v0, and translate deep tech into practical features that customers love.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent leadership from an engineering or founder path.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled or developer tooling products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Agentic SQA charter: partner with Founder & GM on vision and strategy, shape the roadmap, sequence work, and ship thin slices fast.
• Land in mid-beta and accelerate it: deepen feedback loop, convert usage data into next capability releases.
• Talk to users: run continuous discovery with engineers, reviewers, platform leads, and QA owners; translate feedback into use cases and changes.
• Prototype directly in modern AI tooling; wire up workflows and deploy working artifacts to users in days, not sprints.
• Translate deep tech into customer value by turning LLVM/IR, a knowledge graph, and research spikes into features engineers adopt.
