Job summary

York Solutions, LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer to set the engineering vision for our Customized Experience Platform (CEP). This role bridges strategic intent and scalable execution across web, mobile, and content-driven experiences.

You will guide platform observability, content management, and developer experience, influencing engineering teams and collaborating with product and design leaders to deliver high-value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering vision and strategy for the Customized Experience Platform (CEP)
• Lead cross-team architectural decisions to improve delivery speed and reliability
• Embed with CEP platform engineers to unblock implementations and establish patterns
• Collaborate with product, design, and senior tech leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps
• Develop scalable, observable, and reusable platform capabilities for web, mobile, and content-driven experiences
• Drive DevOps improvements and incident resolution for production systems
