Job summary

Conexiom is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the architectural transformation of its platform, partnering with executive leadership to evolve from a collection of products to a unified, modern platform. You will shape API-first design, cloud-native architecture, AI enablement, and platform scalability across the organization.

You will mentor senior engineers and architects, raise technical standards, and drive DevSecOps, observability, and automated testing while collaborating with customers

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and platform architecture
• Strong background in cloud-native development and modern integration patterns
• Experience leading architectural transformations in complex production environments
• Excellent communication and influence skills

Responsibilities

• Define and champion Conexiom's long‑term technical architecture vision.
• Drive modernization initiatives across applications, services, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and governance processes.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide critical technology decisions.
• Create reference architectures enabling scale, resiliency, extensibility, and rapid innovation.
